I do not provide meal plans, nor do I tell you what you should do.  We work together to decide what you want to do and discuss what works best for your own individual body.  I provide accountability and guidance.  After all, how many of us know that if we don't need to check in with someone, we are likely to throw our weight loss plans out the window - more than just a time or two.
